Concord Commission Advance will discount the commission based upon the number of days to projected closing. The fee (discount) is generally 5% to 12% on 15 to 90 day closings

  • Your commission advance is $10,000
  • Projected settlement is 30 days
  • Your fee (Discount) would be 5% or $500
  • Your advance would be $9,500
  • At closing, the closing agent pays us $10,000
