Concord Commission Advance will discount the commission based upon the number of days to projected closing. The fee (discount) is generally 5% to 12% on 15 to 90 day closings.

Example:

Your commission advance is $10,000
Projected settlement is 30 days
Your fee (Discount) would be 5% or $500
Your advance would be $9,500
At closing, the closing agent pays us $10,000

In addition to our low rates we also provide a free 15-day grace period from the closing date, to account for any closing delays.
